- Collaborating with the team to develop creative concepts and turn them into engaging visual content.

Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as a graphic designer, preferably within e-commerce.
- Strong skills with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or other relevant tools.
- A strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently, remotely, and under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design projects.

Sarah & Donna Melbourne is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused representative to join our remote team. In this role, you'll help our customers with order questions, sizing and styling advice, and ensure an excellent customer experience, entirely online.
Responsibilities
- Providing customers with personal and knowledgeable advice via email and chat on our products, sizing, and style.
- Answering questions about orders, shipping, and returns, and guiding customers through the process.
- Ensuring fast, friendly, and helpful handling of customer enquiries.
- Identifying feedback and common questions and sharing them with the team to help improve our service.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, preferably within online retail or fashion.
- Strong written communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
- A passion for fashion and a good sense of style.
- Able to work independently and remotely, with flexible availability.
